After moving to the desert to unplug from corporate city life, I was searching for an alternative therapy to supplement things I was already doing to reduce stress: exercise, massage, nature, leaving the city etc. I enjoy working with Jenna because she makes me feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. It feels like a mixture of therapy, talking to a good friend, and getting insights from a Reiki healer. Since then Ive also opened myself up to Jenna’s sound healing and breath work workshop. Jenna is so welcoming and comforting when it comes to creating a space to relax, open up and get through what you need to. Having my first Reiki experience with her was nothing like I thought it would be, it was so much better! I went into a deep meditation while she did her magic on me, and I was able to work through what I had intended for the appointment.
I have been able to attend two retreats with her and I always look forward to her energy and her sound healing. She is always able to bring a new element to the retreats, which is awesome!
She has helped me in so many ways and taught me so many things in my brief time knowing her.
